Our hearts were broken after the back-to-back hurricanes that hit the southeast.
We prayed and God provided a way for our churches and communities to serve and help those who were affected.
So far, we have taken 7 trailers to deliver goods such as clothes, food, and more to a community in North Carolina.
We also have been able to deliver 32 generators to that same area.
Thank you to our community, Good Hope Methodist Church, Mt. Zion Baptist Church, and East Bound & Down Logistics.
This is exactly what being the Church looks like, and we are honored to continue efforts and resources to provide relief in this time.

South Shelby is passionate about our community and meeting needs of all kinds - physical, spiritual, and emotional. We are the messengers of Jesus, and we are honored that we get to serve our community in such a way.

SATURDAY SERVE

Saturday Serve is a ministry that gathers monthly for physical, low-end projects, such as ramps, decks, and more.

CLOTHES CLOSET

Every other month, our church opens a Clothes Closet for those in need of clothing items and shoes.

Christmas Toy Giveaway

Throughout the year, our church takes in gently used or new toys.
In December, we have an open give away of these toys for local families in need.

Shut In Ministry

Refreshers

Shut In Ministry visits with those who are unable to attend and gather on campus for fellowship.
Refreshers is a ministry that sends out cards and letters to those who are unable to attend and gather on campus for fellowship.
